The process of chosing admin!

There are many user in mig like to be one of the admin( who knows what is admin). Its like a dream come true. But its only depends on one's luck. I think the process of selecting admin in mig is not right. They choose who ever they like. Mig team should take some test before giving some one the admin post. Because WITH POWER, COMES RESPONSIBILITY. What u guys think about that?

The process of admin choosing is different. It actually doesnt involve countries. They chooses admins. Who works hard. Ex- staying online for about 8 to 10 hours

i believe the process of choosing an admin is through a members good conduct and well mannered behaviour

Frankly speaking im old member of mig but i dont understand if what are the category for selecting admin... nor i dont even know what there responsibility.....what diciplin the abuser or the kiker ? in that case better the mig33 should cancel the kiking selection in generaly.... thanks
